Get Acquainted : Jennifer Stepniowski
 Jennifer Stepniowski joined Pro QC in March of 1999 as a Marketing Specialist assisting the Clearwater, Florida, USA office. Since then, she has made contributions as an Account Manager, Project Manager and now currently serves as Regional Operations Manager.
Jennifer’s primary responsibilities at Pro QC include marketing strategy development, contractor resource management, newsletter editing and distribution, social media and online networking coordination and sales/inquiry data analysis. She also assists with various special projects, as necessary.
When asked what she enjoys the most about working with Pro QC, Jennifer explains that she “gets satisfaction in knowing that I’ve played a key role in ensuring the quality of products for our clients and ultimately the consumers. Also, the team of professionals located across the globe keeps internal communications and projects interesting and fun. It’s a unique and dynamic work environment that allows me to be creative and flexible within the many aspects of the business.”
Prior to joining Pro QC, Jennifer worked in marketing as both an advertising copywriter and focus group organizer. With an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of West Florida and an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida, she has a diverse academic background that compliments her responsibilities at Pro QC nicely.
When she’s not spending her free time with her husband, Luke, and children ages one and five, Jennifer serves as an adjunct instructor at Hillsborough Community College teaching general business and management courses. Coming up in April, she will be teaching an eMarketing seminar at the University of South Florida in Sarasota.
